2010 – date: Advising a major publisher/book retailer active across the Russian Federation
We were invited by one of Russia’s leading book publishers and retailers to assess key aspects of store management and sales driving, in a sector that is undergoing rapid change.
We arranged a series of conference presentations, where UK retail and publishing specialists provided several days of focused activity and action points for Russian book professionals in the following disciplines:
